Farm Bureau Livestock Arena Fee Schedule

1. 120’ x 200’ Livestock Arena Rental Fee:

(General Public use of the Arena when not booked is available at $20 per horse. Contact with the Director must be made a week prior at 704.986.3666)

  • Out-of-County Price: $525

Weekend

  • In-County Price $400
  • Out-of-County Price $750

2. Exhibit Hall

  • In-County Price: $200

3. Entire Facility Rental Fee (Arena & Exhibit Hall “AV System included”):

Weekday

  • In-County Price: $400
  • Out-of-County Price: $600

Weekend

  • In-County Price: $600
  • Out-of-County Price: $1,000

Additional Charges:

  • Cleaning Fee: $200
  • Audio-Visual Technician Fee: $50 per hour (If AV technician services are required)
  • Damage Fee: Cost of repair/replacement for any damages incurred during the rental period.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Rental hours include setup and cleanup time – 8:00am – 12:00am.
  • Rental fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation must be made at least three weeks in advance for a full refund.
  • The renter is responsible for any damages to the facility or equipment during the rental period.
  • Proof of insurance must be required for certain events.
  • The Farm Bureau Livestock Arena reserves the right to refuse or cancel any rental request.
